第５回アジアピアノ技術者協会（APTA）韓国大会のご案内 2024年02月11日(日)
皆様ご清祥の事とお慶び申し上げます。
延期していました第５回APTA会議が韓国の天安（チョナン）市で開催されますのでご案内いたします。
観光地を訪れるツアーも予定されています。
2019年の第21回IAPBT浜松大会では韓国協会から44名の参加者がありました。
2026年のAPTA大会は日本で開催予定です。多くの方に参加していただき、浜松大会でのお礼と共に2026年の大会参加誘致をいたしましょう。

Hello! This is Korea Piano Technicians Association.
We invite you to APTA Convention in Korea 2024.
This convention will be held in Cheonan City, Korea from Aug. 26-29, 2024 under the slogan “Asia Piano Technology to the World”.
This theme of symposium is “How to globalize Asia Piano Tuners”.
The convention center, SONO Belle Hotels & Resorts is a complex cultural resort with a pleasant surrounding environment, conference rooms, water park, and a variety of rooms.
◉ KPTA provides the following information for the smooth progress of the event.
* Attach the Schedule for the APTA Convention 2024.
* Please inform us your participants information for APTA Convention 2024 by April 30th.
* When applying for participation, Please let me know which room(2-person room or 5-person room) you will use and whether you will participate in the trip.
* The participation fee is 600,000 won for 2-person room at the hotel and 500,000 won for a 5-person room. The participation fee includes all expenses from your
trip to and from Incheon International Airport (Transportation to the venue, Accommodation, Normal meals, Dinner buffet, Tour, Education, Interpretation of International Events- Asia Board meeting & Symposium ).
* Please make a reservation for an arrival ticket to Incheon International Airport before 1 p.m. on August 26th.
* Please book a flight departing ticket after 7 p.m. on August 29th from Incheon International Airport.
* We request an instructor to give 2-3 hours of lecture in each country association. Feel free to choose the subject for the lecture. All expenses (Participation fee, Hotel and Meal, etc.) for APTA Convention 2024 will be exempted for the instructors.

APTA Convention in Korea 2024 に皆様をご招待いたします。
本大会は「アジアピアノ技術を世界へ」をスローガンに、2024年8月26日～29日に韓国天安（チョナン）市で開催されます。
今回のシンポジウムのテーマは「アジアのピアノ調律師をいかにグローバル化するか」です。
会場となるSONO Belle Hotels & Resortsは、快適な周辺環境と会議室、ウォーターパーク、多彩な客室などを備えた複合文化リゾートです。
KPTAでは、円滑なイベント進行のため、以下の情報を提供しています。
* APTAコンベンション2024のスケジュールを添付します。
* APTA コンベンション 2024 に参加する方の情報を4月30日までにお知らせください。 参加申込みの際、どの部屋（2人部屋または5人部屋）を利用するか、ツアーに参加するかどうかをお知らせください。
* 参加費はホテル2人部屋なら60万ウォン、5人部屋は50万ウォンです。
参加費には、仁川国際空港から会場までの往復交通費、宿泊費、通常食費、夕食ビュッフェ代、ツアー費、セミナー費、国際イベントやアジア理事会及びシンポジウムにおける通訳費などが含まれます。
* 仁川国際空港への航空券は、8月26日午後1時以前に到着する便をご予約ください。
* お帰りの航空券は8月29日午後7時以降に仁川国際空港を出発する便をご予約ください。
* 各国の協会に2～3時間の講義をして下さる講師を一名お願いしています。
講義内容は自由にお選びいただいてかまいません。
講師の方の費用はすべて免除させていただきます。(APTAコンベンション2024の参加費、ホテル代、食事代等）
